A New Chapter in a Family Story
SewPro was created to challenge the idea that workplace uniforms need to be generic, uncomfortable or uninspiring.
We design and supply uniforms and branded apparel that help people look good, feel great and perform better across people-focused industries.
Our philosophy has deeper roots. In the 1980s, SewPro’s founding families mother managed a pioneering East London initiative creating made-to-measure clothing for people with disabilities.
The program adapted garments to individual needs while creating training and employment opportunities for disabled and unemployed workers. Its guiding belief was simple:
People should not have to compromise on comfort, dignity or style because standard clothing was not designed for them.
A Philosophy Reimagined
SewPro is a modern resurgence of that same idea:
Clothing should be designed around the people who wear it.
We consider how uniforms move, feel and perform through long shifts, repeated laundering and demanding workplaces—while accommodating different body shapes, practical requirements and brand standards.
More Than a Garment Supplier
SewPro develops complete uniform programs, from range selection and custom design through to branding, sampling, production, stockholding and distribution.
For multi-site organisations, this can include standardised ranges, demand planning, managed inventory, onboarding packs and simplified reordering.
Our Purpose
SewPro exists to create uniforms people genuinely want to wear uniforms that support the wearer, represent the brand and reflect the family belief that began decades ago:
Clothing should adapt to people—not the other way around.
